Tailored care designed to achieve the best health outcomes for you
Unfortunately, at this time, we can only make referrals to private consultants and for private scans. If we feel you require a referral or investigations, but you would prefer to do these via the NHS, we will be able to provide you with a letter to take to your NHS GP and advise you book an appointment with them. It would ultimately be at their professional discretion of course. In situations where a cancer diagnosis is ever suspected, the NHS offer a rapid suspected cancer referral, where you should be seen within two weeks. If this is suspected at any time we would usually ask you to see your NHS GP to get this referral organised and provide a letter with details to show them. You can of course still opt to go privately if this is preferred but we would always check you have secured an appointment quickly if cancer was suspected.

After you see or speak to a GP they will advise if it is suitable to be followed up. This could be either to check you are feeling better or to review the results of tests or specialist review. You are eligible for a discounted follow up appointment and can either book this on the same day as your first appointment or within three months of being seen.
At this time we do not. However, it is likely in the future we will be offering membership options.
Your doctor will receive the results from the lab promptly and review these. We will then contact you to book your follow up appointment, if not already booked, to go over these in detail. If you do not want another appointment, our admin team will be able to give you a copy of your results but would encourage you to discuss these with a clinician using our discounted follow up appointments or with your NHS GP.
Yes we have both male and females and understand you may have a preference. Please see our GP details for info on areas of expertise.
We will provide you with either a private paper prescription or a code which will be sent to your phone or email. You can go to most pharmacies to collect your medications using these methods but will be charged by the chemist according to their own drug fees. Please note at this time we cannot provide controlled drugs. We can also organise a delivery service with our partner pharmacies if desired.
This should be rare if the correct appointment has been booked. However, if this occurs and you are local, we will offer you a discounted face to face appointment in our clinic. If you are far away our GPs will guide you to other options which may include your NHS GP, 111 or ED.
Our GPs will refer you into the local NHS acute hospital via A and E or a specific hospital team. We also have access to acute private hospitals in the UK if this would be your preferred option.
At this time we are unable to. However, this may change in the future so please do keep an eye on our website for any developments.
